A large portion of our crew consists of young, growing families, which makes fostering a supportive and welcoming environment a priority for us.
We proudly participate in the RAP program and welcome anyone interested in exploring the crane industry. We believe that learning the trade from the ground up is essential, and we encourage hands-on experience for the next generation. Many of our team members started as apprentices under our Journeyman operators and have grown with us over the years, earning their Journeyman certifications and Red Seal endorsements.

Tyler Boyd
President

Tyler’s journey as a Journeyman Crane Operator began in 2011, and since then he has built an industry reputation for thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on expertise. He’s a firm believer in leading from the front—working directly with his team, strengthening safety culture, and ensuring that every project reflects the standard Triple B Crane is known for.
Tyler approaches every challenge with a calm, rational mindset. He evaluates decisions from all angles, weighs the perspectives of his team, and focuses on smart, strategic solutions rather than quick fixes. His ability to stay level-headed under pressure has made him a trusted leader and a steady presence in fast-paced environments.
But what truly sets Tyler apart is his connection to people. He has a genuine gift for remembering stories, conversations, and details that most people forget. This ability forms the foundation of the long-lasting relationships he’s built—with customers, partners, team members, and the community.
When he’s not working, Tyler is dedicated to his family. As a father of two young children who love being part of shop life and rodeo culture, he values hard work, humility, and teaching his kids the importance of showing up for others. His personal and professional worlds often blend seamlessly through shared values—integrity, connection, and growth.

Ryan Boyd 
Vice President 

Ryan earned his Journeyman Crane Operator Certification in 2013 and has been a driving force at Triple B Crane ever since. Known for his relentless work ethic, Ryan is the kind of person who will push himself until the job is done right—whether he's operating a crane, maintaining the fleet, or rebuilding equipment in the shop. His passion for mechanics runs deep, and he takes pride in keeping every crane in top working condition.
Anyone who knows Ryan knows he’s wired for action. He’s an adrenaline chaser through and through—whether he’s out on his motorbike, jumping out of perfectly good airplanes, or trying whatever adventure comes his way. But behind that tough, rough-around-the-edges exterior is the heart of a teddy bear, especially when it comes to his nieces and nephews. Ryan is a strong supporter of anything involving kids, including local charities and organizations that help youth thrive.
Despite his fast-paced, high-energy personality, Ryan brings a steady, dependable presence to the Triple B team. He shows up fully, works hard, and gives his all—both to the people he works with and the people he cares about. His grit, loyalty, and big-hearted nature make him an essential part of the company and a valued member of the community.
